A detached holiday property in an elevated position close to all the amenities, Parc Cottage has lovely views across St Ives and The Harbour.
Set over three floors the cottage has a double bedroom and a children's room and shower room on the ground floor. The spacious open plan living area on the middle floor of the cottage takes advantage of the view over St Ives and the sea.
There is a further double bedroom on the top floor (with steep stairs and restricted headroom).
The cottage is available all year and has the added benefit of a parking space right next to the property.
