Three bed luxury Self Catering accommodation set in the picturesque historic market town of Sedbergh. This is famous for the beautiful Howgill Fells and is England's first official Book Town.

Only 9 miles from Kendal and 15 from Hawes making it an ideal base for exploring both the Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales without the associated crowds.

"Dun Ringhyll" is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking for 1 car with plenty of street parking for any other cars.
10 minutes stroll to centre of town with several pubs, tearooms, Post Office, Banks, mini-supermarket, award-winning butchers, information centre and of course book shops!

One dog welcome by arrangement however there will be a charge of £15 per week extra to cover cleaning costs. Doggie must not be left in the house alone and not allowed upstairs please.
Strictly no smoking.
Many fabulous walks possible from the doorstep.

Ground floor
Hall cupboard with iron, ironing board and hoover.
Downstairs WC and washbasin.

Living room with leather 3 piece suite. Also with LCD TV, DVD player, mini CD Hi-Fi with USB connection for mp3 players. Good selection of CDs DVDs games and books.

Dining Room table & chairs for 6 people. Rocking chair & sideboard.
Patio doors to small walled enclosed garden with outdoor seats.

Kitchen
Separate modern, newly fitted large kitchen well equipped with fridge freezer, eye-level oven & microwave, gas hob, dishwasher & washing machine.
Gas CH and double-glazed throughout. All fuel, linen and towels included.

Stairs leading to First Floor Comprising of:

One Double room with oak King Size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

One twin room (or can be a super king size if pushed together) fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Third bedroom with a comfortable large double sofa bed and fitted wardrobes.
Shower Room with large walk in power shower, WC and washbasin.

A fully comprehensive information folder is available for guests to use giving details of activities, places of interest, walks and dining recommendations.

Off peak season 2/3 night breaks may be possible depending on availability. Price on application.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrive after 3.00pm and depart by 11.00am.

Short breaks are available but normally not within Peak periods and not able to be booked within 28 days of stay.
