We are delighted to offer lovely self-catering accommodation in Pine View Cottage. This is a charming Georgian style three bedroom cottage/town house situated in a quiet, traffic-free close with ample private parking. It is well furnished with all modern appliances to ensure a stress free holiday.
The cottage is only a short walk from the village centre with its charming shops, restaurants, 3 pubs and beaches with spectacular views of the Isle of Wight and Needles. There are many fabulous walks nearby in the nearby Pleasure Gardens, along the coast and in the New Forest National Park.
Children and babies are welcome as are well-behaved pets but no smoking is permitted in the cottage, so Pine View is an ideal location for everyone.
All Guests are personally greeted on arrival, and shown the facilities on offer.
Pine View Cottage has a new, delightful south-facing conservatory which is the ideal place to sit and relax both in summer and winter. This opens to a patio and small, enclosed garden, with decking and garden furniture.
There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge/dining room.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine/tumble drier, fridge /freezer and CD/radio/cassette player.
Pine View Cottage has three bedrooms.
The front bedroom has a double bed and single bed making a double, family or twin room. It also has its own portable TV.
The back bedroom has a double bed and can take a cot, if required.
The third bedroom has a single bed which has a smaller bed (5' 10") underneath and a travel cot if needed, making it ideal for a single person or two children.
There is a downstairs toilet and a newly refurbished upstairs bathroom with toilet and power shower over the bath.
Pine View Tariff includes all amenities, even the beds are made up ready for your arrival. Personal towels are available for loan and cost £12 per week. An information folder, games, books (including children's) and various tourist leaflets are provided.
We have many repeat visitors coming back year after year and those who often take several short breaks at the cottage during the year to enjoy the delightful walks and places to visit.
