First floor - 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Ground floor - 1 bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living room.
Cottage 4 sleeps up to 12 people:
First floor - 3 bedrooms, bath room and separate W.C.
Ground floor - 2 bedrooms, shower room, separate shower and kitchen/living room.
Both of these cottage are in a tranquil setting overlooking the lakes and the 12th green.

At the black cat roundabout (A421 to Bedford)
Take exit to Roxton and Gt Barford.
First right to Chawston, follow road to end, approx 4 miles.
Turn left then first right onto New Road.
Golf club is approx 300 metres on the left hand side.
From M1:
Exit junction 13 Bedford A421, Exit at Gt Barford slip road.
Drive into Gt Barford turn left at cross roads.

At 'T' junction turn right then immediate left to Colmworth.
First left onto New Road.
