Maes y Bryn is set in 2.5 acres of gardens with stunning views over open fields to the beautiful and magical landscape of the Preseli hills, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

The cottage, which has been recently renovated and fitted out to a very high standard by the owners, sleeps up to six with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two bunk beds. A cot and high chair are available.

The cottage is on one floor with split levels. The entrance hall leads into a large lounge with colour TV, Freeview, DVD and CD player.

A small set of steps then lead to the kitchen/dining room with stunning views over the garden and fields. The kitchen is well equipped with an Aga oven, electric hob fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Another small set of steps takes you to the bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a glazed sunroom where you can sit and enjoy the views. There is full oil central heating throughout the property.

The gardens are a mixture of landscaped and natural areas and are filled with an abundance of trees, shrubs and plants offering a peaceful sanctuary to a wide variety of wildlife including badgers, otters, Red Kite and Buzzards.

The grounds slope down to a river flowing directly from the adjoining moorland, and offer peace and seclusion as well as an explorer's paradise.

This is the perfect relaxing location for those seeking a well-deserved break in the heart of picturesque countryside.

The cottage is an ideal base for fishing, cycling, walking, horse riding and exploring the stunning moorland, valleys, cliffs and beaches of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Alternatively you could simply relax in the garden enjoying the sound of the river and the birds.

Maes y Bryn and its outstanding grounds provides an idyllic location to "get away from it all" and to explore the surrounding national park, coastal cliffs and beaches.

The cottage is located on the B4329 near Brynberian.
If travelling from Carmarthen
Take the A40 to its junction with the A478. Turn right onto the A478 and follow this road to Crymych. When arriving in Crymych take the left turn in front of the Crymych Arms, follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles then take the left turn to Crosswell. In around 2.5 miles turn left at the cross roads in Crosswell. In around 0.5 miles Maes y Bryn is located on the left approximately 200 metres from a narrow bridge.
