The 28' (8.4m) lounge-dining room with its open aspect to the garden, is excellent for relaxing or socialising with family or friends. In the summer, the garden provides the perfect setting for a barbecue. It is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends enjoying time together.... or a quality get-away for one or two people.
Off-road parking for three cars.
Child-friendly property with no stairs; a door-gate, high-chair and travel cot are provided. Note that bedding and linen for the cot are not provided.
Books, DVDs, videos and a second TV and DVD player in the master bedroom for those say-at-home days.

A beach hut is available, at an additional cost, for the length of the guest's stay. The beach hut is located in Holland on Sea which is a 5 minute drive from the property and on a direct bus route.

By Car: From London:
From London and the M25, take the A12. Pass the exits to Colchester West and Colchester Central, then join the A120 signposted Harwich (see 'all directions' below)
From the Midlands and North:
From the Midlands and North, follow the A14 (signposted Felixstowe/Harwich) until you are South of Ipswich.
Join the A12 signposted London.
After roughly 10 miles, leave the A12 at the exit for Colchester and Harwich (A120).
Join the A120 towards Harwich. (see 'all directions' below)
From All Directions:
After joining the A120, drive about 4 miles to 1st exit, A133 (signposted Clacton).
After 1 mile, you'll reach a roundabout, go straight - continuing to follow the A133.
Continue for about 1½ miles to a roundabout with a garage and the Bowling Green Pub/Hotel.
Take the 2ND exit (still the A133) to Clacton.
After approximately 2 miles you'll reach a mini roundabout (just by a retail estate including Tescos) - take the second exit (straight ahead).
A few hundred yards ahead you'll reach a large roundabout. Take the third exit and following the signs for the railway station.
(Note: there is a speed camera just as you come off the main roundabout, so keep your speed under 30mph! )
You will pass the station on your left as you turn in to Skelmersdale Road.
Follow the road to the end and turn left on to Holland Road.
Drive 300-400 yards and turn left in to Walton Road.
Sea Breeze is the third property on the right - number 85 Walton Road.

There are coach and rail services in to Clacton on Sea. Coaches tend to stop at the rail station. See above directions to walk from the railway station. There is also a taxi rank directly opposite the station car park entrance.
