The Annexe, Windrush House Priddy
Holiday Cottage: 5112 Somerset

View from the back garden to annexe

Priddy
Priddy village centre is only a half mile walk from this self contained ground floor annexe to our house, situated in 2.5 acres of mature gardens with ample driveway parking. This is a quiet, rural setting.

We can offer a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room and kitchen/ sitting room with TV. The annexe looks out onto the rear garden of the house.

There are 3 pubs serving good food and a selection of local beers and ciders, a garage and church. There are also a camp site shop and farm shop within walking distance.

We are within a short distance of the cathedral city of Wells, also Glastonbury with its Abbey and Street for the Clark's Village shopping experience. Cheddar Gorge and caves and Wookey Hole are 10 minutes drive away. Further away are Georgian Bath and Bristol.

We are ideally situated for anyone who loves the outdoors- lots of excellent walking, cycling and caving. The village hosts the renowned Priddy Folk Festival in early July and Priddy sheep fair in mid August.

This property would suit people seeking tranquility and a slower pace of life.

Highlights
  • Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
