The cottage has an entrance door into the lounge/dining area. The spacious open plan area is complete with seating for six with dining table and chairs, sideboards, colour television, radio and lamps, and comfy seating.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, iron and ironing board. Instant hot water is available from the combi boiler which also serves the central heating.
The bathroom is off the kitchen with a large walk-in shower, W.C. and wash-hand basin. A stable door from the kitchen leads to the patio area, complete with a garden table and chairs, a clothes line, refuse bin and storage area for LPG gas.
Also downstairs is a private double bedroom, with wardrobe, dressing table/stool and comfortable chairs.
Upstairs is an open plan gallery with twin single beds at one end and a double bed at the other divided by a walkway. There are two wardrobes, two dressing tables, four bedside cabinets, three chairs and two velux windows, the areas can be screened off for privacy with the use of the screens provided.
