A luxury three bedroom holiday cottage in the picturesque village of Chapel Amble, North Cornwall. Situated on the edge of the village green the cottage enjoys views of the conservation area surrounding the River Amble and is moments away from the village shop, the Malsters Arms and a small children's farm, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Chapel Amble is a short drive to the beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay & Polzeath or the busy market towns of Wadebridge & Padstow.

All beds have a duvet and two pillows per person. We will provide all bed linen, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and oven gloves. We will NOT provide bath towels or beach towels.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome.

Garden - The mature enclosed garden is at the front of the cottage. Being open on three sides it is in the sun for most of the day meaning you can enjoy the entire day from a leisurely breakfast to and evening BBQ in the sunshine! The garden consists of mature flower beds, a lawn, a patio area with an extending teak table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Driveway - A large gravel driveway offers plenty of parking for at least three large cars. Should you need more there is plenty of parking in the village car park about 50 yards away.

Local Services: Walking distance to Post Office/ General Store, Maltsters Arms gastro pub, childrens farm, swimming pool & tennis courts.

A short drive to the beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay & Polzeath or the busy market towns of Wadebridge & Padstow.



Directions
By Car from the East:

* From Exeter take westbound M5 to Junction 31.
* Take A30 towards Oakhampton/ Launceston/ Bodmin.
* Follow road to Bodmin turning. Take this turning, it is only signposted ¼ mile before the turning but is approximately 1 mile after a right hand turn to Helland. (It is also possible to reach on the A395/ A39 via Camelford which is signposted to 'North Cornwall/ Wadebridge' just after Launceston. This tends to be a slower route.)
* Drive towards Bodmin centre, then follow signposts for Wadebridge A389.
* After driving through Sladesbridge follow the road to a roundabout.
* Take the fourth exit A39 to Camelford / Bude.
* Take the first turning on left, after approximately ½ mile, towards Chapel Amble.
* Follow road, after approximately 1 ½ miles you will go over a narrow stone bridge.
* Go past the 'Chapel Amble' village sign.
* Sunnybank is the first house on the right, the driveway the first turning you come to with the house sitting just above it.
