On the ground floor there is a sitting room with corner sofa, TV, easy chairs and fire place. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room looks out over the garden and has a king-sized bed.
In the basement is the kitchen, dining room and utility room. The kitchen is well equipped and as well as standard oven there is also an Aga.
The dining room has table and chairs for six. In the kitchen there are French Doors leading out into the garden, which is very private and gets the sun most of the day. There is a raised deck in one corner with table and chairs.
From the sitting room there is a staircase leading up to two further bedrooms (1 Twin and 1 Double), which share a second bathroom with separate w.c. These 2 bedrooms are at the front of the house and overlook Town Steps.
Overall the house is furnished to a high standard and would make a great base for exploring the Heritage Coast; the house is right in the heart of Aldeburgh but still manages to feel quiet and secluded.
