At Junction 43, head east on A69 towards Hexham and Newcastle, approx 6.5 miles.
At roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Brampton (straight on). At T-junction turn right.
After approx ½ mile take left fork (signed Lanercost, Hadrians Wall, Birdoswald). Continue for 1 mile.
Turn left towards Easby (no through road sign).
At bottom of lane, turn right into Easby Farm courtyard. Easby Farm Cottage is the first cottage on the left.

From Newcastle roundabout take exit onto A69. After approx 43.5 miles, turn right (signed Longtown, Brampton, A6071, fish farm). After approx ¼ mile, turn right. At T-junction turn right.
Turn left towards Easby (no through road sign). At bottom of lane, turn right into Easby Farm courtyard. Easby Farm Cottage is the first cottage on the left.
