Beaconside is a large estate which accommodates from 2 to 38 people. The Country House sleeps any amount from 12 to 19 and the 4 cottages sleep 6,6, 5 and 2 respectively.
The cottages offer superb self catering accommodation, combined with an abundance of leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, providing unprecedented relaxation time.
BAY TREE COTTAGE sleeps 2:
The warm and cosy interior of Baytree cottage offers luxury accommodation and has been designed in a stylish and contemporary open plan manner.
THE LODGE sleeps 6:
Situated adjacent to Beaconside House and within its own private terrace area. There are 3 bedrooms. 1 twin ensuite, 1 twin and 1 king size bedroom with ensuite door to the indoor pool. Family Bathroom.
GOODISON COTTAGE sleeps 6:
It is set in the grounds of Beaconside. It sleeps 6. 1 double room with ensuite shower room. 1 twin room with balcony. 1 bunk bedroom. 1 family bath and shower room. Downstairs w/c.
STACKSTEAD COTTAGE sleeps 5:
1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a triple single room also with ensuite bathroom. There is a downstairs w/c.
It can be hired separately or together for those family and friend party celebrations.

The Beaconside Estate is just 5-10 minutes drive from the glorious sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! There are many other local attractions including Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Milky Way and Big Sheep theme parks and Royal North Devon Golf Club all 10 minutes drive away. A boat trip to Lundy Island on the Oldenburg leaving from Bideford Quay is a great day out! Lots of local attraction leaflets are available in our games room.
