Dunlappie Garden Cottage is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Edzell in Angus. An ideal location for touring the Angus Glens,the Eastern Cairngorms and the beautiful beaches of the east coast.
Accommodation includes a double room a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge, giving flexible facilities for a maximum of 6 guests. This self catering cottage has a lounge with solid fuel stove, free view TV, DVD player and a wide selection of books, games,local information and route maps for walking or cycling.
There are two bedrooms, one double with a small wood burning stove and one twin room. This cottage has a shower room and a baby bath is provided for those too small to use the shower.
The kitchen/diner is equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven. The cottage has electric central heating in addition to the wood burners.
The large garden is secluded and a haven for wildlife. We provide bird feeders and seed to encourage a variety of birds. There is a garage for storing bikes, kayaks golf equipment or prams. Games are provided for use in the garden and the garage contains bicycles which are free to use at your own risk. Cot and high chair are available.

Arriving by car:
Take the Edzell exit(just north of Brechin) from the A90 Dundee to Aberdeen road. Follow the B966 to the village of Inchbare. On entering the village turn left and follow this minor road for 1.5 miles. At the sign for Edzell turn right then take the first turn on the left into Dunlappie Farm.
