Situated on the outskirts of Donington village and overlooking farmland and country lanes, Anya's Barn has been beautifully converted to accommodate up to 4 people and has been furnished to a very high standard.
The spacious main living area is double-height and beamed.
A digital TV and DVD player is available along with a range of up to date (and classic) films for your perusal.
There is oak flooring throughout the barn with thermostatically controlled under-floor heating. Each room has its own thermostat giving you complete control over the temperature.
Should you wish to cook, (a hamper of local produce is left for stays of 3 days or more) the luxury kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.
There are two double bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor. Our upstairs bedroom has its own wide screen TV and DVD player.
The shower room has been fitted to a very high standard and a range of toiletries is supplied for your convenience.
Donington village is within walking distance and has a range of useful shops and pubs/restaurants.
We are located about 10 miles north of Spalding which makes us ideally located to use as a base for exploring the wealth of historic Lincolnshire, its landscape and wildlife.

Nearest road is A52. Turn off A52 at Donington:
Drive through the village. Take a left turn after the school playing field, then take 2nd right into "Badgate" & follow the lane around to Wykes Lane. Our barn is located at the first fork in the lane where it bends to the left.
