You will receive a warm welcome at Swinderby Holiday Cottages which are situated between Lincoln and Newark, offering a fantastic base for holidays, short weekend breaks, or a comfortable base for executives on business in the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire area.
Being only 5 minutes from Swinderby Showground, 7 minutes from Newark Showground, 10 minutes from the A1 and 28 miles from Nottingham, we are ideally situated for all your activities.
The delightful Farm Shop with locally grown vegetables and free range meat and eggs is two miles away, as is the nearest village with a choice of shops. The local pub is a short stroll away, and various supermarkets will deliver.
The Cottages are comprised of Jasmine and Clematis Cottages which are both completely self contained. However, a larger group could rent both units and comfortably have enough room to congregate in one of the cottages; they are situated across a narrow well lit driveway. There is ample private off road parking.
Each cottage has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one shower room with power shower and one with power shower over the bath). They each have a private patio with BBQ and garden furniture and access to a grassed garden.
The lounge of each cottage contains three settees (one a sofabed) and a Freeview flat screen TV with ipod facility. All bedrooms also have flat screen Freeview TVs.
The cottages' well appointed kitchens each have a full sized oven and hob, a dishwasher and washing/ironing facilities. Towels, bed linen and heating are all included. A complimentary continental breakfast hamper is included on your first morning.

Take Newark turn off (A46). Follow signposts to Lincoln A46
Approach Swinderby on the A46 heading towards Lincoln
Turn left at the Swinderby roundabout (signposted Swinderby, Morton Hall, Eagle Barnsdale, Eagle)
After 0.6 miles follow the road round a sharp right hand bend
Turn immediately left into Swinderby village
Follow the road through the village for 0.8 miles past the red telephone box and Plough Inn
Swinderby Cottages are the last house on the right.
From Southbound A46:
Turn right at Swinderby roundabout (signposted Swinderby, Morton Hall, Eagle Barnsdale, Eagle)
