The barn is situated 3/4 mile from self contained village with PO, general stores, butchers, doctor's surgery, hardware store, pub selling food.

5 mins by car to Tamar lakes with sailing, kayaking. 15 mins by car to nearest beach (National Trust) on North Cornish Coast and access to coastal path. 20 mins by car to Clovelly fishing village, Milky Way indoor amusements and The Big Sheep.

25 mins by car to Bideford, 20 minutes by car to Bude with surfing beaches.Nearest large town Barnstaple - 45 mins by car. Tarka Trail cycling from Torrington (20 mins by car) along disused railway line.

Directions
From the A39 (Atlantic Highway):
Follow any turn off for Bradworthy village. From village take the road out past the primary school heading for Kilkhampton/Berridon. At fork in road take left hand fork signed for Kilkhampton/Bude. Follow lane to crest of hill (approx 3/4 mile. Take first turning on left hand side (narrow country lane). Follow land around a sharp right hand bend whereupon Neil's Worden Farm will appear as the first property on the left hand side of lane. Straight after this is this entrance to Neil's Worden Barn.
