A small bungalow with all you need for a good holiday.

The bungalow is well equipped and suitable for use for one to four people, plus a baby.

The accommodation consists of a combined living room- kitchen diner, two bedrooms - a double and a twin - and a bathroom.

The living room has plenty of comfy seating, a flat screen television with DVD and Hi-Fi. We also provide games and some books. The adjoining kitchen area has a dining table, full size oven and hob and a microwave. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery, plus a good range of cooking utensils.

Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and a range of lighting options. You will need to bring your own duvet covers and sheets.

The bathroom has a short bath with a shower over. You will need to bring your own towels.

As the bungalow is on a holiday park there is a wide range of entertainment and leisure facilities.

Although there is no central heating there are a number of convector heaters to heat the rooms on colder nights.

Based on a holiday park, so all sorts of facilities available, including play grounds and an indoor swimming pool.
Local Services: The St Erth railway station is nearby and There is a regular bus service into St Ives - less frequent out of season. There are two pubs very near to the holiday park.

Directions
By Road:
From the end of the M5 at Exeter take the A30 (recommended route) heading for Okehampton and Launceston. (There is an alternative route via the A38 to Plymouth and Cornwall).

Continue on the A30 to Hayle & Penzance.

When reaching the Loggans Moor Roundabout Hayle take the A30 Hayle bypass (third exit left) towards Penzance.

At the end of the bypass you will come to a roundabout. The left hand lane is for the A30 which continues towards Penzance. You will need to take the right hand lane then the second exit left on to Nut Lane A3074 St Ives.

Head on down the hill for approximately 200 yards until you come to a mini roundabout.

Following the road continue over the mini roundabout for approximately 100 yards to the next mini roundabout.

Take the first exit left on to unclassified road passing (Watermill Inn on the right) and continue along this road for approximately 1 mile until you come to the first set of houses and the village sign of Lelant Downs.

Continue for approximately 300 yards and St Ives Holiday Village entrance is on the right.
