Take A93 from Banchory to Potarch Hotel. Turn right onto B993 then turn left immediately in front of Hotel to take road past Potarch Green to Shooting Greens. Greenlands is the first of two houses immediately before the small humped-back bridge as roads starts to go up hill.
FORD COTTAGE:
Take A93 from Banchory to Potarch Hotel. Turn right onto B993 continue until you see sign for Ford Cottage on your right. Follow road until you see next sign for Ford Cottage on your right. It is the house at the bottom of the hill.
