Modern and contemporary, yet cosy, this luxurious property is ideal self catering accommodation for those wishing to explore all that the beautiful Fife coast has to offer, including award-winning beaches and world famous golf courses.

All of the accommodation is on ground level and comprises:
A spacious double bedroom.

A bright open-plan lounge through to kitchen and dining area. There is a sofa in the lounge which easily converts to a double bed.

The newly fitted kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery and offers; cooker, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.

A large newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath.

Other facilities include; freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and hairdryer.

This stone-built property dates back to 1875 and is perfectly placed to take advantage of all the local services. Whether it is a relaxing, romantic break or a fun-filled adventure you're after, there is a wide range of activities on the doorstep to suit all the family. These include: Promenade & beach, links park with play area and visiting fairground, scuba diving and other water sports, leisure centre and swimming pool.

Directions
By Car:
From Kirkcaldy; drive through Kinghorn and onto Burntisland. Pass the links park on your left and drive onto the High Street. Turn left at the mini-roundabout and the property is on the right. From the Forth Road Bridge; take the 2nd exit and turn right at the roundabout onto the A921. Follow the signs for Aberdour & Burntisland. On entering Burntisland, keep to the left at the mini-roundabout and take the first right onto Kirkton Road. At the bottom turn left onto the High Street and, at the mini-roundabout, turn right into Kirkgate. The property is on the right.

By Train:
Join the Edinburgh to Dundee line and depart the train at Burntisland station. Climb the steps to the carpark and turn right on leaving this. Take the immediate left onto Kirkgate and continue to the bottom. The property is on the left (it is only a few minutes walk from the station).
