The Kitchen/Diner is a large room with hand-made units, pine table to seat 6 and glass patio doors which can be opened to take advantage of the rear courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped and has a tiled floor with under-floor heating.
On the the ground floor there is also a Cloakroom with WC, Basin, and Washing Machine.
On the First Floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite). Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, bedside chests, built in wardrobes and window seat with views of the sea to the right. This bedroom has an en-suite with power shower, washbasin, WC.
Bedroom 2 is a south facing room with a single bed and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 also has a single bed and chest of drawers. On this floor there is also a family bathroom with bath, WC and Basin.
On the 2nd Floor is bedroom 4 with views of the open marshland looking towards Thorpeness. This room is a double and has built in wardrobe, bedside chests and chest of drawers. On this floor is a large bathroom with bath, separate double shower cubicle, basin, WC.
To the rear is a private south-facing courtyard. Steps lead from the courtyard to the garage and parking space.
