Our Coachmans cottage dates back to 1820, when the coachmen used the cottage to stay in whilst visiting the local inns.
The Cottage has been restored to a high standard retaining many of the original features, including beams and original fireplace.
The lounge has a multi fuel log burner giving it a relaxing and cosy feel. The bedrooms are spacious and light, the bathroom has a massage shower for you to enjoy and the kitchen is well equipped.
Outside there are 3 acres of land for you to enjoy, including a natural pond with our ducks and an abundance of wildlife. The cottage has its own enclosed garden area with a picnic bench and water feature.
There is plenty of parking.

FROM LEEK:
Take the A523 from Leek to Ashbourne, pass Finn tec garage on the left.
Keep following the road for about 2 miles, then our farm is located on the right hand side, with railing on the road side.
You will see signs for the Coombes Valley RSPB reserve.
