3A Redcliffe apartment overlooks the Caswell Bay. When the lounge window is open you can hear the sound of the ocean! There is a large picture window to take advantage of this spectacular view.

The apartment has two bedrooms,the larger having a double bed, bed side cabinets and a fitted wardrobe. The second, is compact with three foot bunk beds,a chest of drawers and under bed storage. There is the possibility of providing a z bed for a third child. Please enquire.

A large bathroom which includes a bath, separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The floor is tiled, as is the hall, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a free standing cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer section and a washing machine. There is an electric clothes drier, also a smoke detector. Alongside the kitchen is a dining area with a table and 6 chairs.

The carpeted lounge is large with two settees and two comfortable armchairs. Included is a 26" flat screen TV with free view,a DVD player and a high fi system.
Lots of games and children's books many with a seaside theme. What better way to learn more about marine biology than by being close to the sea! Lots of fictional books,many left by previous owners and then taken home when unfinished.

There are two storage heaters and also back up heaters in each room making the apartment warm and cosy even in the cooler periods. All heating is included in the rental cost.

3A has its own private entrance,accessed from the back drive, eight steps down leads to the apartment's door. It has a cottagey feel approach with colourful flower beds around.

A payphone is located in the foyer of the main building.
There is secure parking with an electrically controlled gated entrance.

Redcliffe Apartments are perfectly situated for families and walkers alike with the coastal paths so easily accessed from the beach. Caswell Bay has its own lifeguards patrolling the beach during the peak season. At one end of the bay is a friendly cafe offering tasty home made snacks and delicious Italian coffee!

Many people have written in the visitor's book on how relaxing and comfortable they find the apartment. This gives us great satisfaction as our aim is to provide a self catering accommodation that we would ourselves be happy spending time in.

Surfsidecafe is a short distance across the sands,there are two shops selling snacks,chips, ice cream and gifts. Caswell surf school hold lessons every day in the Summer and at weekends from November.



Directions
Turn off at junction 42 from the M4 motorway which is signposted to Swansea:
Travel along this road straight through all traffic lights until you enter Mumbles village. At the mini roundabout turn right into the street of shops (Newton Rd). At the top of the road look out for a sign to Caswell, where you will need to take a left turn. After about a mile you will pass Caswell Bay on your left, continue up the hill, taking the second turning on your left. This is the entrance to The Redcliffe Apartments.

To secure a booking a £100 deposit is required and the balance be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the holiday period.
During low season short lets are available - minimum of 3 nights. We keep the price as low as possible.
