The Old Office is a three Bedroomed cosy cottage converted from offices of the 19c. New York flax and twine mill. Beamed throughout with a huge multi-fuel burner in the lounge.
The Old Office is a well equipped and centrally heated cottage on three floors. The living room and bathroom are on the ground floor. Stairs lead from the hallway to the three bedrooms on the first floor and further stairs lead from the lounge down to the kitchen diner with patio doors which will take you to the enclosed garden with views over the fields.
Footpaths lead directly from the cottage along the river to Glasshouses and Patelely Bridge in one direction and Darly in the other, or up the hill to Brimham Rocks and beyond.
Buses stop 40 yards from the front door for Harrogate or Patelely Bridge. A short drive or number 24 bus will take you to the delights of Harrogate for fantastic Victorian Turkish Baths, Shopping, Betty's Tea Rooms, Harlow Car Gardens and lots of restaurants and cafes. Four miles away you will find Pateley Bridge a charming Dales Village.
Summerbridge has local shops and pubs for everyday needs. All around in the wonderful undulating scenery of the Yorkshire Dales. Parking for up to 3 cars on our private forecourt.

Directions
By number 24 Bus from Harrogate or Pateley Bridge.
The bus stops 40 yards from the cottage.
From Harrogate take the B6165 towards Pateley Bridge.
After Summerbridge School and Todds Garage/hardware store pass the church on the right and reach the fire station which is at the end of a terrace of houses and the entrance to Heatherdale Mews on the left. Turn in and immediately turn right. The Old Office is the third cottage on the left hand side.
Bookings are normally taken for Saturday to Saturday.
Visitors can arrive any time after 3.00pm and are asked to leave by 10.00am on Saturday mornings.
