Flat 3 High Marryats, is a spacious first floor 2 bedroom apartment, which has recently been tastefully re-furnished, decorated and well equipped. Barton-on-Sea is situated a little over 1 mile from New Milton.
The apartment is located about 1 minute walk from Barton Cliff Top. Barton is famous for its scenic stretch of coastline, with safe swimming (Blue Flag 2011) and a cliff top golf club. Views from the cliff and golf course take in a sweep of coastal scenery from Milford-on-Sea to Hurst Castle and the Isle of Wight to Mudeford and Christchurch Harbour.
The apartment comprises a master bedroom with a double bed and ample storage. The second bedroom has twin beds and built in hanging and storage space.
A fully equipped new breakfast/kitchen was installed in 2009 with built in oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The large living room has colour TV (freeview), Radio/CD player, video, DVD player and comfortable furniture with seating for four. This room offers views to the cliff top and sea glimpses.
There is also a separate toilet and bathroom with an electric shower.
Barton is situated on the edge of the New Forest, the town is about 8 miles (13 km) west of Lymington town centre and 12 miles (19 km) east of Bournemouth town centre. It is an ideal centre for outdoor pursuits - walking, cycling, golf, sailing and riding but it is just as well suited to a traditional beach holiday.
Locally there are many fine restaurants and pubs, the nearest 250 metres away on the cliff top. There is a small convenience store/newsagent within easy walking distance.

Mid Season: June - September 2012. £295 per week.
Low Season: All Other Times 2012. £270 per week.
Sat 31st Mar - Sat 14th April 2012. £295 per week.
Change over day: Saturdays
A deposit of 20% of the rental charge is required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday commences together with a returnable damage deposit of £100.
