Cottage's own web site
The cottage is peacefully located on the outskirts of the village of Hundleby, one mile from the historic town of Spilsby where all essential amenities can be found, 13 miles from the seaside resort Skegness and 30 miles from the city of Lincoln.

The cottage was formerly a farm building housing a few chickens and the family horse. In 2007/2008 it was converted into a comfortable holiday cottage and opened to guests in summer 2008.

The cottage is south facing so receives much sun during the day. From the back of the cottage there is a lovely view over the surrounding countryside. If you are lucky you may see some rabbits, hares, pheasants, garden birds or even a fox.

Hundleby is a continuation of the market town of Spilsby. The cottage is just 1.5 miles from the town centre. Spilsby is a small market town famously associated with Sir John Franklin, the Arctic Explorer.

There are several public footpaths around the village with some excellent views over the Fens, Wolds and even out to the coast on a clear day.

The accommodation comprises of:
Double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
Single bedroom with single bed and clothes rail
Shower room with shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point

Lounge/kitchen-diner with television, DVD/video player, freeview box, sofa, table and chairs, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, toaster and kettle plus cutlery, utensils, crockery, etc.
