Upstairs to a light and airy sitting room with sofa and chair, TV with SKY Freeview and DVD. There are large velux sky-lights with lovely views across the valley to Llangynidr Mountain and down towards Crickhowell.
The bedroom has a double bed with oak beams. There is a wet room shower room with shower, handbasin and toilet.
Behind the cottage is a small courtyard area with garden furniture and a BBQ. Parking for unloading outside the cottage and a designated parking area just across the road.

There is an excellent circular walk starting from Bwlch around Llangorse Lake, the largest lake in South Wales.
The village has a shop, post office, local pub serving good food and Beacons farm shop. The River Usk and the canal in Llangynidr village about 1 miles away. Brecon 7 miles. Crickhowell 7 miles.
