There is a large living room with a beautiful open fire. This room also has a large dining table and ample comfortable seating for all guests.

There are three bedrooms. The two upstairs are large doubles and the gallery room downstairs has a mezzanine level with a double bed and in the same room on the ground floor a comfortable double futon.

The house has a shower room and toilet downstairs and an another bathroom with over bath shower and toilet upstairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Penrith has lots to offer guests including many fabulous restaurants, real ale pubs and speciality shops.

It is only 5 miles away from the magnificent Ullswater in the lake District National Park and within driving distance of Hadriens Wall. Penrith has something to offer all ages and the Manse is an excellent base to explore the local area.
