We have 3 chalets which we have owned for the past 7 years. Two are situated next to each other, ideal for extended families of friends holidaying together, the third is nearby.
Each chalet is fully equipped for your comfort whilst staying with us.
The Lounge has a 3 piece suite which includes a double sofa bed, dining suite, bookcase with books and games, TV with freeview and DVD combi,and electric heater.
The kitchen has a microwave, electric cooker,toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer,iron,ironing board and hairdrier.
Bedroom one has a double bed, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom two has a triple bed (single over double), chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom has a full size bath, toilet and hand basin.
An electric shower is over the bath. It is fully tiled.
Electricity is by £1 coin meter.
All chalets are cleaned and maintained by ourselves prior to your arrival to meet the high standards we ourselves would expect.

From Great Yarmouth
California Sands is located on California Road and is off the B1159/A149 between Hemsby and Caister.
Take the A149 northbound towards Caister-on-Sea, then the B1159 towards Hemsby.
Just before Hemsby turn right into California Road at the Wheelstop Inn.
Turn first left into California Sands.
