The lovely beach is a 5 minute pleasant walk away. There are spectacular sea-views at the rear of the property, and pretty views over the ancient stone walls and church to the front of the property.

Directions
By car. From central London and/or the M25 Orbital Motorway, take the M20 towards Folkestone. Passing Maidstone and Ashford take Junction 11 (A261) to Hythe.
Coming from France follow M20 and take Junction 11. Take first exit left Following signs to Saltwood /Take first right towards Saltwood and pass Railway stationon right continue on to the castle pub and turn right into Bartholomew lane and continue to the end of the road where it turns to the left at junction.
Continue along North Street and look out for a small turning on right called Lucy's Hill.
At the bottom of hill you are in Hillside street, continue along until you see church on left Hillside Manor is opposite on Right.
