The property has been sympathetically converted, using original stone and exposed beams where possible, but fully renovated to a high standard to offer excellent unique accommodation for four adults.
Approached along a quiet wooded drive in an “Area of outstanding natural beauty” it is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and lovers of the outdoors, as the Nidderdale Way is on the doorstep.
The accommodation is tastefully furnished featuring exposed beams, exterior oak windows and doors, with underfloor heating throughout.
The cottage consists of 2 separate sleeping areas with a full range of facilities.
It is an ideal retreat for adults looking for a relaxing holiday , or bringing relatives to the area whilst attending conferences; enabling walks or tours of this beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales.
The Cottage is a 10 minute walk from Pateley Bridge with its interesting selection of shops, cafes pubs and restaurants, whilst Brimham Rocks, Stump Cross Caverns, How Stean Gorge, Fountains Abbey, the City of Ripon, Spa town of Harrogate and many more local attractions are all within a 30 minute drive.
