The house is divided as an upstairs kitchen, living room and cloakroom. Downstairs, 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with 3/4 x single bunk bed. Bathroom with a toilet and bath. Separate shower room.
A games room which leads on to the patio area where the BBQ scene is. The games room is equipped with a pool table and a dart board.
The house is situated in a 10 acre natural private woodland, connecting to lake Padarn via the river Se-Ont.
