Yarrow Cottage is a hidden gem located behind the ancient 11th Century Church of St Michaels and All Angles, yet just minutes walk from the pubs and restaurants for which this pretty village is renowned.

A generous first floor balcony gives views of the gardens,farmland and cemetery, whilst the footbridge over the bordering River Yarrow allows for all the convenience of this historic and attractive village centre.

Despite its Saxon heritage, Croston has reasonable links to the M6 and is well located for Soutport,Liverpool,Manchester and the coastal regions.

The charming first floor kitchen has exposed beams and skylights with modern fitted units and island table, all with granite worktops. Features include twin electric oven range with gas hob and burner, Neff microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The adjacent large lounge has a feature fireplace with living gas flame, TV, DVD, and CD players.

To the ground floor are a double and twin bedrooms, both with feature lighting and attractive chimney breasts, together with modern wc and shower room.

All prices include welcome pack, bedding, towels and heating.

Croston has rail links to Preston and Ormskirk, the station is 10 minutes walk from Yarrow Cottage.
We are 4 miles from the M6, Junction 26, Head on B5250 to Eccleston, then left on to A581 to Southport.
At the Highfield pub turn left towards Croston.
In Croston go left over narrow bridge opposite Grapes pub, bear left into The Hillocks and take 1st left before barn conversion.
Yarrow Cottage is the white house between the River Yarrow and the cemetery.
