Site Terms and Conditions.
1.The first named person is responsible for the booking, and is over 21 years old. He/she warrants that the party consists of a family, or part of a family. No more than the maximum number of persons stated on the booking form shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation booked. A child or baby counts as one person
2.The first named person on booking form would be reponsible for any damage , incl. accomodation – furniture - electrical etc and may also incl. any costs accociated with replacement repair.
3.All persons in your party must be entered on your booking form (including all children and infants), and details of any pets you wish to bring.
4.We cannot take bookings from all male or all female parties , we reserve the right to rufuse persons not entered on booking form from using accommodation.
5.A deposit of £95-00 per week (non-refundable) is required when booking. This is payable by either cheque or postal orders made payable to A.Mobbs and enclosed with your booking form and sent to the address (and on booking form). A receipt will be forwarded to you with the date on which the balance is due. The balance due date is 8 weeks before your holiday commences. If the balance has not been received by the due date we will consider this to be a cancellation, and if we cannot re-let you will be liable for the outstanding balance.
6.The chalets are available for occupation from 2pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed – access is via keysafe on wall out side
door of chalet- code will be advised on booking confirmation.
7.We cannot guarantee the opening or closing times of any of the amenities on the site.
8.TC Holidays shall not be responsible for the death or injury to any persons on holiday or visiting TC holiday booked accomodation , or any losss or damage to property of any such person, however any such death,injury,loss or damage is caused.

From London
Take the M11 towards Cambridge.
Exit at Junction 9 for the A11 towards Newmarket.
After 20 miles, join the A14 (Newmarket bypass), then the A11 towards Norwich.
Just before Norwich take the A47 towards Great Yarmouth.
At Acle take the A1064 towards Caister-on-Sea.
After 8 miles take the B1159 towards Hemsby.
After 1.5 miles turn right down California Road at the Wheelstop Inn.
Turn 1st left into California Sands.
