Violet Cottage adjoins Whiteacre, a stone-built bungalow, facing south on the western fringe of the village sitting in nearly one acre of grounds, with a beautiful garden and bordering on open meadows.
Entry is through a small porch into a cosy lounge with dining area which views over the front lawn and garden.
Off the lounge are a small, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and lovely views out over the lawns.
Adjoining the bedroom is a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
Violet Cottage is relatively modern and compact but built in traditional style and has an air of warmth and tranquillity enhanced by the use of soft colours and comfortable furnishings offering a high standard of accommodation.
The large lawn alongside and behind the cottage, with its flower borders and picnic table, is a lovely place to stroll or sit and muse at any time of day.
