Situated just off the Wharf-Harbour front, Dobles is a charming 2 storey traditional Cornish Fishermans cottage that has recently been refurbished.

It is completely self contained and furnished to a high standard, with gas central heating throughout and retaining many character features.

To the front of the property there is a delightful patio area that offers views towards Smeatons Pier and the Arches.

Directions
Directions :- ( Please be aware that many of the roads in St Ives are very narrow and also can become congested at times).
Drive along Wharf Road , looking out for the turning on the left (for the Sloop Car Park), which is just before an ice cream shop called "Moomaid of Zennor" (The Hunny Pot shown on map has now gone) and opposite a large Slipway on your right . Take this turning, there is a Post Office on your left and a Fish & Chip shop called The Balancing Eel on your right ( behind Moomaid of Zennor ). Go straight ahead into the Sloop car park . After dropping off your luggage, exit the car park and turn left into Fish Street and follow signs to The Island car park . If there are no spaces you can either wait or follow the one way system around on Back Road West, passing the Tate and Porthmeor beach, go up the steep hill turn left and follow the road down to Barnoon car park.

Pricing and Opening Times
Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

From: £250.00 to £950.00 per week.

BOOKINGS
Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance, require a third deposit . Full payment then due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance require full payment.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Once you have received confirmation of booking, the balance is due six weeks before commencement of holiday .

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments for deposits, or full amounts using cheque, BACS tansfer, Internet Banking or by Credit or Debit Card using PayPal.
If you pay using PayPal then you are responsible for all fees incurred in the transaction - Either you choose sender to pay fee when you pay via PayPal, or if we are charged the fees then we will deduct any transaction costs incurred when we refund you your damage deposit.

OVERSEAS BOOKINGS
Overseas guests may pay via PayPal (please see above), or in Sterling by a cheque-foreign draft or International Bank Transfer. Our Swift and IBAN numbers will be provided on request.
The hirer is responsible for all bank fees incurred in the transfer. Any charges we incur will be passed on to you via a deduction in your damage deposit.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
£100.00 damage deposit payable on all bookings, this will be returned to you less any deductions within 3 weeks of your departure or we will notify you of any underpayment to be met .

ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE TIMES
Lettings commence from 3pm on the first day of the tenancy and end at 10am on the last day of the tenancy . If you would like to arrive earler than 3pm , please advise us when booking .

ELIGIBILITY
*Groups of single persons under the age of 25 years &
*All male or all female parties in excess of 3 persons will not be accepted .

EXTRA PERSONS
The property may not be occupied by persons other than those named on the booking form.

ALL TENANTS AGREE
*To keep and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state returning all furniture to the place in which it was found on entry. If this is not the case he/she will be liable for extra cleaning costs .
*To pay for any breakages and damage .
*Not to do anything to make void any insurance policy on the property .
*Not to cause a nuisance to neighbours .
*To allow the owner or their employees reasonable access .
*To leave the accommodation in such a state and condition that it is suitable for occupation by another hirer . It this is not the case the tenant will be liable for the
hire charges for the accommodation for the period until it is so available and for any loss or damage which shall be occasioned therby.
*Not to part with possessions of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.
*Not to smoke in the property.
*All properties are let on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no rights to remain in the accommodation exist for the tenant or any person accompanying him/her on holiday.

PETS
*When pets are permitted an extra charge of £20 each (per week) or £15 each (per Short Break) is required .
*Pets must not be left in the property unattended .
*Pets are not allowed in bedrooms .
*Please bring your pets own bedding ( bedding or furnishings provided must not be used ) .
*You are responsible for any damage that they may cause .
*St Ives Holiday Lets are not responsible for your pets safety .

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must firstly be advised by email or telephone, followed by written confirmation within 7 days.
We will endeavour to re-let the property at full cost (or reduced rate if applicable) and, if successful, will refund all monies paid less a £25 administration cost . If the property is not re-let for any reason, the original Hirer is liable for the whole of the rental amount .


CHANGING A BOOKING
A booking can only be changed to another property by treating the original booking as a cancellation (see our cancellation policy above). We may be able to alter the dates of a booking, subject to availabilty at a charge of £15. If this is not acceptable and you decide not to take the holiday it will be deemed you have cancelled the booking and any resulting charges will apply (see our cancellation policy above).

NON AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION
If due to circumstances beyond our control the property is unavailable because of fire, flooding etc..., all monies paid will be refunded in full and we will not be under any further liability to the hirer.

LIABILITY
The owners of the property do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury, expense or inconvenience , whether to persons or property , which the tenants
or any other persons may suffer or incur arising out of , or in any way connected with the letting .
We also cannot be held responsible for failure of public services (eg. water and electricity) and disturbance which is beyond our control .
We cannot accept liability for events that occur outside our control, such as normal breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring and damage resulting from exceptional weather conditions. Once advised of a problem we will take immediate action to try to effect a speedy solution, minimising inconvenience caused.
We cannot accept responsibility for work taking place outside the boundary of the property nor for any noise or nuisance arising from works over which we have no control.
Whilst every effort has been made to describe as fully as possible the property, we cannot be held responsible for any disappointment caused where a guest has differing expectations to those in the description.
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions and prices-descriptions quoted on the website due to errors and/or omissions.

INSURANCE
We recommend that the Hirer takes out insurance to cover the cost of events such as losses, damage to personal belongings and cancellation.
