Danewood Cottage is a charming secluded New Forest property about 200 years old . It is located off the beaten track, in the middle of fields, in a small hamlet within the New Forest National Park.
With the open forest at Wootton a stroll away, 4 miles to Brockenhurst, 5 miles to Lymington, local beaches easily accessible, it is an ideal touring point for the whole of the New Forest region.
The cottage is fully equipped enjoying a pretty enclosed sunny garden, ideal for BBQs and relaxing, and a large double glazed conservatory with wood burner for the cooler days.
Two cots (you will need to bring your own bedding for these)are available along with highchair and stair gates.
The cottage is ideal for family holidays, sedate hen weekends and single sex groups (by prior agreement) - although there are many outstanding beauty salons and alternative therapies within the area, you could book an At Home massage with a qualified masseuse or spend your break lazing in a hot tub.
If you fancy something a bit more active why not book a hack out on the Forest with the nearby Western Riding School or a sailing lesson?
There is even a paddock available if you want to pitch a tent and add to your group.
