The lounge-diner is a bright spacious room, with a curved chocolate brown corner suite. With a HD 32inch free view LCD TV with DVD, VCR player. The electric effect wood burner is perfect for chilly nights. There is a selection of DVDs and videos provided for your entertainment and an assortment of toys, games, books and surfing magazines.
Adjacent to the lounge end of the room there is an unusual glass dining room table, which is perfect for evening dining for 4 people. The owners have restored the original cottage floorboards to complete the beach feel to offshore.
The kitchen features a stylish breakfast bar with chrome bar stools, it has all the appliances you could wish for including a tall fridge freezer with built in drinks dispenser, dishwasher, built in oven, microwave and even a radio and iPod docking station.
Utility room leading off from the kitchen, with washing machine, wetsuit drying area and sliding doors to the enclosed back garden.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom contains a sumptuous King-size bed, stylish wardrobes, bedside units, chest of drawers and full length mirror. There is a 19’’ free view LCC TV, built in DVD player.
The second bedroom contains twin beds, which can be made into a king-size bed (upon request).

Bedroom 3 is fully insulated, carpeted and has an electric panel heater.
The cosy family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and for ease of bathing children a separate mixer tap and integrated hose attachment. WC and washbasin.
The rear garden is fully enclosed with a country garden cottage feel at one side and a large spacious decking area sectioned off with a 4 seater luxious hot tub to relax in surrounded by beach orientated plants. There are sun loungers, BBQ, play house and sand/water trays.
There is a secure storage of bikes & surfboards.

At Offshore Cottage you will be perfectly positioned for touring this wonderful part of the County. Only a short drive to Croyde, which offers a selection of thatched/period cottages, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Croyde is also the home of the Surf Schools.
Other activities include Roylands Riding Stables, Cascades Indoor Funpool, Park & Skate Ramps. Baggy Point is an area of outstanding beauty it is National Trust Land, and provides stunning walks around the headland from Croyde to Putsborough.
There are also many attractions nearby, such as the Big Sheep, Milky Way and historic coastal towns and villages to visit. Blue flag beaches within walking distance or a short drive include: Woolacombe, Putsborough and Saunton. Further afield are; Clovelly, Hartland, and Westward Ho! If you get tired of the beach, (as if), other activities such as golf, tennis and cycling can also be found in the area.
