Enjoy a holiday at one of our two gorgeous Sailstay houses in Cowes, Isle of Wight. Rosyth has 4 bedrooms and is perfect for up to 8 people (or up to 12 sailing crew if we provide extra bunk beds.)
This period semi-detatched cottage is less than 2 minutes walk from Cowes town centre and 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is plenty of free on street parking nearby.
The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard with lovely wooden floors and solid pine furniture and has dishwasher, washer, dryer, tv, dvd player, freeview & free WIFI access.
All bedding and towels are provided, beds are made up for your arrival. All utilities are included in your booking.
Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen and a living room
with two leather sofas.
There is a conservatory dining room leading out to the sunny decked garden with patio furniture and a BBQ. There is a downstairs twin bedroom.
Upstairs there is a spacious double (or twin) bedroom, a twin
bedroom and a smaller room with bunk beds. There is a separate family bathroom.

Directions
There are a number of passenger and car ferries to the Isle of Wight. The Red Jet Passenger Ferry from Southampton, arrives into Cowes just a couple of minutes walk from the cottage.
Alternatively Red Funnel and Wightlink both run car ferries to the Isle of Wight.
