It is situated in a quiet location near the edge of Warwick, but with easy access to the historic town, the Castle as well as the Royal Spa of Leamington, Stratford and the Shakespeare country.
At the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac Tudor Villa has an entrance hall with cloak room,a through lounge dining room with leather settees TV and dining table, and a fully equiped kitchen. It is complete with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a king sized, a double, and single with pull out trundle bed. making sleeping for six.
A folding baby cot is also available.
Behind the house is a large lawned enclosed garden with mature trees and shrubs.

From Leamington Spa take A429 Myton Road, then 1st Left after passing LIDl supermarket into Samuer way, Ist Left again into Aragon Drive. Seymour Grove is then 1st Right.
From Warwick town centre, follow signs to Banbury, turn left into Myton Road after crossing the river Avon, Samuer Way is approx three quarters of a Mile on your right.
