GREAT QUOIN :This beautiful holiday home with stunning views of Fowey harbour has a long history in the town. Originally owned by Charles Ebenezer Treffry, Great Quoin (formerly Stanton's Restaurant) could not be more perfectly positioned.

Not only is the apartment seconds away from Fowey's main street it also overlooks the finishing line for all of Fowey's harbour sailing races, making it a boating enthusiast's dream.

As keen sailors the owners have made the most of this view by renovating the property, so that the main living areas open onto a large decked balcony with table and chairs, ideal for eating outside watching life on the river.

This apartment is brimming with character and you cannot help but relax when you step inside. Entering on the ground level, the open plan living area has all the up to date requirements to make life easy with a fully fitted kitchen and comfortable seating.

With two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other a bathroom just across the hall, it is an ideal retreat for couples holidaying together or for a family.

As a bonus and very unusual in the centre Fowey, this apartment has a parking space within a short walk.
