There is a good sized well equipped kitchen, with a microwave and integrated appliances including fridge, freezer, cooker, washer-drier and dishwasher. A door leads directly to the south facing garden with its patio area, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining, or simply relax with a newspaper and cup of coffee.
Upstairs there is a galleried double bedroom.
The bathroom benefits from a modern suite with a bath and a shower.
There is parking space in the private car park to the rear of the property and unlimited parking at the front of the property.

From the M5 Junction 7 (Worcester South) follow signs to Malvern along the A422 and A449 until you reach an island with the retail park on your left. Take the 1st exit onto Townsend Way - B4208 (signposted Welland) to the end of the road. At traffic signals turn left onto Pickersleigh Road - B4208 (signposted Welland) Take the second right onto Harbinger Avenue and number 3 will be found on the left hand side.
