The apartment is located on the first and second floors of a converted hotel and has accommodation comprising; kitchen with cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave & fridge freezer, spacious lounge with TV, DVD Player and dining table and chairs, shower and W.C.on the first floor.
Stairs lead up to the second floor, which is in the eaves so has some restricted head height, with bedroom one with two single beds, wardrobes and a TV, bedroom two with three single beds and cupboard with hanging space and a shower room with walk in shower cubicle and W.C.
Situated just a two minute walk from the holiday apartment brings you to the Cliff Tops with Southbournes beautiful sandy beaches below.
There are fantastic Cliff Top walks offering superb interrupted views, sweeping from the Isle of Wight across Poole Bay to the Isle of Purbeck.
