Lovely fully furnished and fitted 2 bedroom bungalow in small, thriving Cornish village, close to the Eden Project. Terraced sunny garden with secluded sun deck, loungers and Gas BBQ.

Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. 2 double-twin bedrooms, with space for child beds-cots, plus additional sleeping for 2 adults-children in lounge.

Bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

Large lounge with comfortable seating for 6, TV, DVD and Video and incorporating a dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. The property is fully CH and there is a coal effect gas fire in the lounge.

The house is in a quiet location on the edge of a typically Cornish unspoiled village, near to the coast and with several safe sandy beaches, within walking distance down a pretty country lane.

It is 3 miles from the world-famous Eden Project, and also from the picturesque port of Fowey (foot ferry to Polruan).

Situated in the heart of du Maurier country, the village is the location of the book - The House on the Strand.

There is a magnificent church, dating back to the 14th century and with an excellent peal of bells for visiting ringers.

The village has 2 pubs, one serving excellent food, and there is a fish and chip shop, a very well stocked general store, and an award winning butchers shop. There is also a Chinese takeaway and an Indian restaurant-takeaway within walking distance.

Ideal for family, walking, beach or leisure holidays, there are nearby watersports, diving and sailing schools, and several golf courses. Sea fishing trips are available in the area, and there is an active freshwater angling club within walking distance.

The port of Charlestown, with its tall ships available for day trips, is 4 miles away. For Gastronomes, there is Jamie Olivers 15 restaurant at Watergate Bay; Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant at Padstow; Ben Tunnicliffe at Scarlet Hotel, Mawgan Porth; and Nathan Outlaws 2-Michelin starred restaurant is at Rock. All these can be reached in under an hour by car.

There is a diving school at nearby Pentewan, and several sailing and surfing schools in the area. The property is pet friendly and very suitable for families with children. Sleeps 4 6 with space for additional child beds-cots.

Directions
By car: enter Cornwall on A30 from Devon, follow signposts for Lostwithiel then for Fowey, then for Tywardreath. Drive into main street of village, turn left at New Inn Pub, then 1st left into Trenant Road, then 2nd right into Penstrasse Place.
By train: main Paddington to Penzance GWR line. Disembark in Par. Turn right out of station yard, take 1st left at Tehidy Road into Tywardreath, follow road past church, take right turn at New Inn, then 1st left into Trenant Road, then 2nd right into Penstrasse Place.
By National Express Coach: disembark in St.Blazey at church. Walk along Station Road. Take left turn over railway level crossing. Follow road until you get to Tehidy Road on left.Tehidy Road into Tywardreath. Follow road past church, take right turn at New Inn, then 1st left into Trenant Road, then 2nd right into Penstrasse Place. See map.
