A cosy home from home, with two lounges, a dining kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, two bathrooms and rear enclosed patio.

The cottage is furnished to a very high standard with a high quality kitchen and new bathrooms (2011).

There are TVs with DVD and freeview recievers in each of the two lounges, the second lounge being a cellar room with Playstation and games collection - a perfect hideaway for the children.

Ther is on-street parking right in front of the cottage with visitors permit.

Windermere village, with its railway station, is on your doorstep and Bowness is a twenty minute stroll away.

A perfect base for exploring the Lake District, either by car or on foot. There are loads of excellent walks direct from the door and Windermere village has a fantastic choice of shops, a Booths supermarket, great restaurants, pubs and cafes.

By train - Windermere Railway Station is the only mainline station in the Lakes.
