Location, location, location. What could be better? An exquisite private retreat at the end of a virtually hidden lane, flanked by your own 10 acres to keep the world away! Half mile from the sea - just walk there from front door! Or walk the other way to The Ship (one of Chris Coubrough's - the Flying Kiwi of telly fame) and walk back again. And you will have a20% discount there as our guest on all you eat and drink........

Harriers and pinkfoot geese overhead and barn owls doing a fly-past. This is different and wonderful!

Brancaster Cottage is a Recently completed (last October) barn conversion. Exposed original brickwork. A stylish combination of old and new, sparkly bathroom, comfy lounge and HUGE bed!

Dogs welcome and free (tame) owner/vet if needed!

Extraordinarily comfy huge bed (or 2 singles). Centrally heated. Brand new properly equipped kitchen (you do indeed get a spud masher and electric whisk) and pretty and cosy sitting room with leather sofa and chair, digital television DVD player, dining table and so on.

Two sets French doors (one west facing - sunsets and one North - sea doors well insulated and lined curtains!) Log burner style heater.... Designer rads throughout.....All very stylish! Games, books, DVDs. Steamer chairs, and swing seat, dining table and chairs in your own pretty garden......

Visit RSPB Titchwell...In fact if the tides right, walk there!

Brancaster Cottage is the closest property in Brancaster to its wonderful beach. From the A149 turn down Broad Lane by the church, following the "to the beach" sign.
