From Inverness go North on A9, after the Kessock Bridge turn right to Munlochy B9161. Through Munlochy, turn right to Fortrose and Rosemarkie (A832). After Rosemarkie, follow the signs for Cromarty until you see and take a left turn to Balblair (B9160).
After 3.8 miles (when you start to see the Cromarty firth in front of you) our turning is on the right ( 2 telegraph poles at end of drive).
If you get to a right turn to Cromarty, you have gone too far.
