Directions
From Hereford and the East/North:
Drive through Hay-on-Wye, leaving the town on the B4350 Brecon road. On leaving the 30mph zone, take the first turning on your right towards Llanigon. Follow this road for about 1.5 miles. Pass The Old Forge Garage on your left, followed the sharp bend to the left, and cross a narrow road bridge. Take the next turning left, just before reaching the local primary school. The Lea is the first house on the right, a little way up this road. The key is available from Rose Dale, which is the house next door.

From Brecon/Abergavenny and the South:
Drive to Glasbury-on-Wye on the A438. Continue through and out of Glasbury towards Hay-on-Wye on the B4350. About 1.5 miles further on, pass by the Hollybush pub on the left. Just beyond look out for a small right turn for Llanigon into a narrow road. There is a sign on the left but it is easily missed. Continue carefully up this single track road to the end. At the T junction (on a sharp bend) turn right. Cross a narrow road bridge. Take the next turning left, just before reaching the local primary school. The Lea is the first house on the right, a little way up the road. The key is available from Rose Dale, which is the house next door.
