Directions
Smailholm Mains is 6 Miles North of Kelso on the B3697 Eearlston to Kelso road, half a mile south of the villiage of Smailholm.
From Kelso take the A6089 and then turn left onto the B6397, half a mile outside Kelso. Follow this road for 4 miles and you will find Smailholm Mains sign-posted to the left. Turn left at the Farm house and down to the cottages Craggs cottage second and Jocks Cottage third.
