Leave the M6 at junction 32:
Take the M55 to junction 3. Take the A585 south, signposted Kirkham. At the next roundabout bear right staying on the A585.
At the next 3 roundabouts continue straight on, onto the B5259 to Wrea Green.
In the village centre turn right (B5260) at the side of The Grapes pub, continue over the railway bridge.
Turn left and continue on this road for approx 5 miles, go straight on at the mini-roundabout into Lytham Town Centre.
Turn left at the 'T' junction. Continue down the main street, over Station Road onto Warton Street.
Take the sixth turn on the left into Albert Street, cross over Victoria Street, Millbrook Mews is second on the left.
