Take the B5302 for Silloth.
Progess through the village of Abbeytown.
Approximately one and a half miles after leaving Abbeytown, there is a slight downhill followed by a long straight section of road.
On this straight and flat piece of road, take the second turning on your right to Seaville.
There is a sign for Croftlands Court at this road junction.
